Self-Storage Rolling Sheet Door
Designed specifically for self-storage facilities, the Model 5000 is economically priced but built to last.
Standard Features:
- 26-gauge corrugated galvanized steel sheet panels
- Curtain is prepainted in a choice of 14 colors; custom colors available as an option
- Heavy-duty felt liner reduces damage to the paint coating
- Curtain bottom bar is a galvanized steel angle with a full width vinyl blade weather-strip
- Manual push-up operation with lift handles and pull rope
- In sizes from 3'-0" to 10'-0" wide and 6'-8" to 10'-0" high

Model 5100
Light-Duty Sheet Rolling Door
The Model 5100 is a light-duty sheet rolling door with a continuous lock seam for rigidity, security and dependability. The “no-slat” design makes it nearly impossible to knock this door out of action.

Model 6100, 6200, & 6300
Industrial Grade Rolling Service Doors
This line of rolling service doors represents some of the most versatile doors in the industry. Available in steel, aluminum or stainless steel, every door is built to exacting standards for superior operation and dependability.
Standard Features:
- Model 6100 – 22, 20 or 18 gauge galvanized steel with interlocking slats. Curtain is hot-dip galvanized with bonderized coating for prime coat adhesion with a gray polyester top coat
- Model 6200 – 0.040 or 0.050 aluminum with interlocking slats. Curtain is a mill finish
- Model 6300 – 22 or 20 gauge stainless steel interlocking slats. Curtain is #4 polished finish
- Hood is constructed of 24 gauge hot dip galvanized steel formed to fit the curvature of the brackets and finished with a gray polyester top coat for the Models 6100 and 6300. The hood for the Model 6200 is aluminum, finished to match the curtain slats

Model 6400
Insulated Rolling Service Door
This is the ultimate rolling service door. Fully weather-stripped and insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane, the Model SFWI is the industry leader in energy efficiency, security and durability.
Standard Features:
- 22, 20 or 18 gauge interconnected galvanized steel slats on the front; 22 gauge steel for the back
- 1-3/16” polystyrene foam insulation provides an R-Value of 4.12
- Heavy-duty extruded vinyl weather-stripping is mounted continuously along the exterior leg of each guide to fully weather-strip the door jambs, preventing dust and air infiltration
- Bottom bar is reinforced with two (2) steel angles with a continuous flexible, solid foam astragal
- Door finish consists of hot dip galvanized coating with gray corrosion inhibiting primer
- Hood is constructed of 24 gauge hot dip galvanized steel with a gray polyester top coat. A water resistant hood baffle minimizes air infiltration but maintains flexibility in cold temperatures
Model 6500
Moderate Use Commercial-Duty Door
Some of the most versatile rolling steel doors in the industry. Comparable in price to sectional doors and loaded with features, either door will meet or exceed moderate-duty use commercial door applications.
Standard Features:
- 24-gauge curved or flat hot-dipped galvanized steel slats
- Curtain is coated with high-grade pure zinc and furnished with a bone white prime coat
- Bottom weather seal is a T-shaped aluminum extrusion with vinyl tube that reduces air and water infiltration

Model 7100
Rolling Fire Door
The Model 7100 is built of UL Classified, Factory Mutual approved or Warnock Hersey labeled in ¾, 1-1/2 or 3 hour ratings.

- 22 gauge interconnected galvanized steel slats with a gray polyester top coat
- Automatic closing device utilizes 160ºF fusible links on both sides of the wall
- Manual push-up or chain hoist
- Hood is constructed of 24 gauge hot dip galvanized steel with a gray polyester top coat

Model 7125 & 7325
Counter Fire Doors
The Model 7125 and 7325 counter fire doors provide maximum fire protection and security in retail shops, cafeterias, service counters, cashier windows, ticket windows, and concessions.
Standard Features:
- Model 7125 – 22 gauge galvanized steel slats with gray prime finish
- Model 7325 – Type 304 stainless steel slats with #4 polish finish
- Automatic closing device utilizes 160ºF fusible links
- ¾, 1-1/2, or 3 hour label rated
- Hood is constructed of 24 gauge steel in the same finish as the curtain
- Optional: 180 powder coated colors
- Optional electronic heat or smoke activation


Model 8125, 8225 & 8325
Commercial Grade Counter Doors
Designed for exceptional security, reliability and roll-up convenience. Offered in extruded aluminum slats for regular duty applications or in galvanized or stainless steel for heavy commercial use.
Standard Features:
- Model 8125 – 22 gauge galvanized steel slats with gray polyester top coat
- Model 8225 – curtain is 0.050 extruded aluminum slats with a clear anodized finish
- Model 8325 – curtain is 22 gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a #4 polish finish
- Hood is constructed of 24 gauge in the same finish and material as the curtain
- 10” bracket on all doors provide added clear opening height
- Concealed sliding bolt deadlock located in the bottom bar and operated by either thumb turn or cylinder lock

Model 9200
Rolling Grille
The Model 9200 provides exceptional see-through, roll-up convenience for mall storefronts, service counters, parking garages, lobbies, halls, or stairways . . . wherever full view security and unrestricted ventilation are needed.
Standard Features:
- Grilles are constructed of 5/16” diameter solid aluminum rods 2” O.C. The links are 1/8” (standard) or 3/16” (heavy-duty) aluminum 9” O.C.
- Three finish choices: mill (standard); clear anodized; or bronze anodized
- Available in sizes up to 30’-4” wide and 15’-4” high; for other sizes, consult factory
